摘要
良好的人际关系和人际交往能力是人们生存和发展的必要条件。加强大学生沟通能力培养,有助于构建良好的人际关系。高校应提升大学生综合素养,关注大学生心理健康,提升大学生人际交往技能。
Good interpersonal relationship and skills are necessary for people＇s survival and development.Strengthening the cultivation of college students＂communication ability is helpful to build good interpersonal relationship of them.Universities should improve the comprehensive quality of college students,pay attention to college students＂mental health and improve their interpersonal skills.
