摘要
以"知觉—响应"模型为框架,界定了企业包容性创新的理论内涵和内在结构,并利用92份企业调研数据进行量表的初步确定,确定量表题项后利用176份企业数据进行实证检验,最终开发出包含感知活动、诠释活动和响应活动三个维度共13个题项的企业包容性创新量表,并实证检验了本研究理论建构的正确性和企业包容性创新的重点。
Based on the model o( "perceptual response", the theoretical connotation and internal structure of enterprise inclusive innovation are defined, and 92 enterprises' survey data are used for the preliminary determination of the scale. After determining the scale item, 176 enterprise data are employed for empirical tests. Finally, an enterprise inclusive innovation scale with 13 dimensions including perceived aetivity, interpretive activity and responsive activity in three dimensions has been developed, and the empirical research has verified the correctness of the theoretical construction and the focus of enterprise inclusive innovation.
