第四代评价视域下高职教学督导研究与实践

A Practical Research on Higher Vocational Teaching Supervision from the Perspective of the Fourth Generation Evaluation Horizon

摘要 针对高职教学督导存在的问题,我校在第四代评价理论的指导下,构建了适用于学校教学质量监控与保障的教学督导系统。该系统侧重于教学的督导监控与服务,评价主体强调多元性、平等性、参与性与合作性,评价内容注重全面性和整体性,评价对象向课程和专业延伸,评价结果重视共同认同,并注意创新评价方式,促进了教学质量的提高。 Aiming at the problems existing in higher vocational teaching supervision,our school has constructed a teaching supervision system under the guidance of the fourth generation evaluation theory which is suitable for monitoring and ensuring the quality of school teaching.The system focuses on the supervision,monitoring and service of teaching;the evaluation subject emphasizes pluralism,equality,participation and cooperation;the content of evaluation highlights comprehensive and holistic;the object of evaluation extends to curriculum and specialty;the results of evaluation attach importance to mutual recognition,and attention should be paid to the innovation of evaluation methods so as to improve teaching quality.
