摘要
采用自制载钛壳聚糖(TCTS)与聚硅酸铁(PSF)制备出一种新型复合絮凝剂载钛壳聚糖复合聚硅酸铁(TCTS-PSF),考察了该絮凝剂对聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)废水的处理效果,并通过紫外光谱、XRD和拉曼光谱对絮凝剂的结构进行了表征。结果表明,TCTS中的OH不仅与PSF中的Fe^(3+)之间存在配位作用,还与PSF中的OH形成了氢键,TCTS与PSF成功复合。复合后的样品结晶性好,晶粒较小,絮凝性能优良。
A new type of composite flocculant TCTS-PSF was prepared by laboratory made TCTS and PSF. The performance of treating PAM wastewater by this flocculant was discussed, and its structure was characterized through ultraviolet spectrum, XRD and raman spectroscopy. The results showed that TCTS with PSF composite successfully because of the coordination between OH in TCTS and Fe^(3+) in PSF and the formation of hydrogen bonds between OH groups in TCTS and PSF. And TCTS-PSF has better crystallinity,smaller grain size and superior floculation performance than the sample compositeed before.
