摘要
应用型高校在探索转型的过程中,建立一支"双师双能"型师资队伍十分重要。基于"双师双能"师资产生背景,分析"双师双能"师资认定标准存在的问题,并提出制定"双师双能"型教师认定原则和一些可操作性的建议。
During the transformation in application colleges, to build a team of "double-qualified teachers" is very important. This paper, bases on the background of promoting "double-qualified teachers", analyses the problems existing in the judging standards of "double-qualified teachers", and put forward that the colleges should formulate principles on how to judge "double-qualified teachers" and offer some operational proposals.
