“互联网+”背景下高校创新型人才培养的思考

On the Cultivation Mode of Innovative Talents in Universities in the "Internet +" Era

"互联网+"时代对我国的教育产生了较深远的影响,尤其是对高校创新型人才的需求与日俱增。然而,通过分析我国高校目前所采用的创新型人才培养模式在人才培养定位、教学模式、教学评估和教学实践四个方面尚存在较大的问题。因此,高校需要利用互联网技术与思维,明确"四维一体"的创新型人才培养定位、转变传统教学模式、建立多元教学评价体系以及创建创新型人才培养平台来满足新时代对创新人才的需求。

＂Internet ＋＂ era has had a far-reaching impact on our education, especially the demand for innovative talents in universities increasingly. However, through the analysis of the current model of innovative talents training in universities, there are some serious problems in the following four aspects： the personnel training orientation, teaching mode, teaching evaluation and practice. Therefore, universities need to use Internet technology and thinking to clarify the ＂integration of four dimensions＂ of innovative talents training orientation, change the traditional teaching mode, establish a variety of teaching evaluation system and create platform of innovative personnel training to meet the new era needs of innovative taXents.
