随着高职院校发展方式逐渐由以注重规模实施外延式发展为主,转变到以重视质量强化内涵式发展为主上来,提高人才培养质量成为高职院校进入内涵发展阶段的核心任务。西安航空职业技术学院在努力适应外部政府、企业、社会的对院校办学水平和人才培养质量的要求基础上,在内部质量保证的理念认识、机构设置、体系构建、工作举措等方面深化改革创新,深入探索构建全方位、全过程、多元化的的内部质量评价监控与保证体系,并且在许多方面已取得重要成效,切实地保证了学院办学绩效水平和人才培养质量的稳步提高。

With the developmental mode of vocational colleges has gradually converted from priority on interior development with scales to quality - oriented connotation exploitation, improving talents cultivating quality has become the core task for vocational colleges to enter the stage of connotation development. On the basis of adapting to the demand of schooling and talents＇ cultivating quality from external government, enterprises, society, Xi＇ an Aeronautical Polytechnic Institute deepens re- form and innovation on value awareness of interior quality, settings of agencies, systematic construction,working measurements to explore constructing interior supervision and guarantee system with overall orientation, process diversification ,which has proved effective in various aspects, actually guaranteed the steady promotion of schooling education levels and talents＇cultivating qualities.
