从交易成本理论出发,对我国公立医院规模扩张的收益、最优边界及其影响因素进行了分析,阐述了公立医院扩张的动力机制和约束机制,提出了相关的政策建议。

According to the theory of transaction cost, this paper analyzed the revenue and optimal boundary of scale expansion of public hospitals and its influencing factors, elaborated the motive mechanism and restraint mechanism of public hospital expansion, and put forward relevant policy suggestions.
