质量链管理视角下新型医养结合养老服务体系的构建

Construction of the new service system combined with medicare and elderly care from the perspective of quality chain management

当前我国养老服务体系难以满足日益多元化的养老服务需求。本文基于质量链管理视角,提出构建由社会养老机构、医疗机构、社区服务机构和家庭共同组成的医养结合养老服务体系。

At present,China＇s social aging rate has gradually accelerated, but the current pension service system is difficult to meet the growing needs of the pension market. Based on the view of the quality chain management, this paper puts forward the relationship between the social pension institutions, the medical institutions, the community service institutions and the family pension in Combination of Medical Care and Pension Service system.
