Evaluation and thinking on the implementation effect of basic drug system in Jiangsu province

从社会反响、可获得性、可负担性及合理用药等方面,对江苏省基本药物制度实施情况进行评价。结果显示:江苏省基本药物制度总体实施情况良好,但供应保障、补偿报销、合理用药等方面尚有完善的空间。因此,有必要立足于现实困境和"健康中国"的战略要求,提出完善江苏省基本药物制度的具体路径。

This paper evaluated the implementation effect of basic drug system in Jiangsu province from the perspective of social response, availability, affordability and rational drug use. The results showed that the overall implementation of the basic drug system in Jiangsu province is good, but the security of supply, compensation claims and the rational use of drugs still have room for improvement. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward the concrete path to improve the basic drug system in Jiangsu province based on the realistic predicament and the requirement of Healthy China Strategy.
