初任教师入职教育的现实困境及对策研究——以安徽省8所学校为例 被引量:2

摘要 文章选取安徽省合肥、芜湖、马鞍山、六安四个市具有代表性的8所不同类型学校教龄为1—3年的116名中小学初任教师为研究对象,分析了当前我国中小学初任教师入职教育存在的现实困境,并借鉴美国、澳大利亚、爱尔兰等国的入职教育成功经验,提出了加强初任教师入职教育意识、建立入职教育长期计划、丰富入职教育内容、发展多元合作化入职教育形式、构建入职教育保障机制、完善入职教育评价体系等对策,以促使中小学初任教师顺利完成入职教育并适应合格教师角色。 This paper choosed 116 primary and secondary school novice teachers with a teaching age of 1-3 years of 8 different types of schools in 4 cities and counties such as Wuhu,Ma'anshan,Lu'an,Hefei in Anhui Province which were representative as the object of study. Therefore,it was necessary to analyze the current plight of the initial education for primary and secondary school novice teachers in china by means of questionnaire and interview,learn from the successful induction education experience of United States,Australia,Ireland,and put forward the measures of beginning teachers' entry education in the middle and primary schools for China. Such as enhancing the awareness of novice teachers in the induction education,establishing a long-term plan for induction education,enriching the content of induction education,developing diversified and cooperative forms of induction education,constructing the guarantee mechanism of induction education,improving the evaluation system of induction education and so on. It was particularly important for the beginning teachers of primary and middle schools to successfully complete their induction education and adapt themselves to the role of qualified teachers.
