摘要
依据GB/T 21714-2—2015标准,选取常见建筑类型(住宅楼)进行雷电灾害风险评估,分析了住宅楼的基本特性和所处环境,识别可能遭受的雷电灾害和风险。根据GB/T 21714-2—2008和GB/T 21714-2—2015标准,赋予相关参数数值,结合闪电定位资料估算人身伤亡风险。结果表明,由于参数因子、损失率、估算公式等方面的变动,依据GB/T 21714-2—2015的估算结果远小于依据国家标准GB/T 21714-2—2008的估算结果,对后续防雷设计有较大影响。
According to the standard GB/T 21714-2—2015,this paper introduced the lightning disaster risk assessment of residential building.The basic characteristics and environment of residential building were analyzed,and the lightning disaster and risk were recognized.Based on the standards GB/T 21714-2—2015 and GB/T 21714-2—2008,the setting values of related parameters values were given,and the risks of personal injury were estimated according to lightning positioning data.Owing to the variations of parameter factor,loss rate and estimation formula,the lightning disaster risk assessment result based on GB/T 21714-2—2015 is far less than the one based on GB/T 21714-2—2008,which has great influence on subsequent lightning protection design.
