综合运用多种心理测试方法测试疑难白骨案嫌疑人1例

On Comprehensive Application of Various Psychological Test Methods in difficult Cases Involving Death: Taking a Homicide Case as an Example

从多道仪心理测试技术产生至今,中外理论界和实务界研发出了I/R、POT、SKY、CQT、CCT等多种测试方法。这些测试方法均各有优劣。在一些嫌疑人与被害人交往、互动关系特殊,且无任何确切知道答案的保密情节可资利用的疑难命案的测试实践中,为提高心理测试技术在检验心痕、揭示真相、抚慰心灵、助力审讯等方面的信度与效度,必须运用系统、整体和"大数据"思维,通过系统全面地进行案前、案中、案后及实测当时犯罪心理痕迹动态分析和科学选取测试观点,坚持在借鉴、改造、创新的基础上,对现有各种测试方法加以综合运用,才能实现交叉印证。

Since the Multi-channel psychological testing technique came into being, I/R （Relevant/Irrelevant Technique）, CQT（Comparison Question Technique）, SKY（suspicion/knowledge/you Technique）, POT（Peak of Tension）, CCT （Cognitive Comprehensive Test） and other specific test methods have been developed by Chinese and foreign theoretical and practical circles. Objectively speaking, these methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. In the test practice of difficult cases involving death with special communication and interaction between the suspect and the victim, and without any exact answers available, in order to improve the reliability and validity of psychological test technology on Heart mark inspection, revelation of the truth, soul comfort and power trial, it is necessary to analyze criminal psychological trace before the case, in the case and after the case dynamically and choose the results scientifically with systematical and integrated big data thinking. Various test method should be applied comprehensively on the basis of reference, transformation and innovation to realize cross verification.
