多微电网接入主动配电网的分解协调优化策略研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对多微电网接入的主动配电网的协调优化问题,提出了微电网对内部微电源进行能量管理,对外部配电网表现为可控单元的分解协调优化策略。考虑微电网可控单元与配电网优化的协调运行,建立了多微电网接入主动配电网的分解协调优化模型,提出了具有耦合特性的协调参数及分解协调算法,采用改进二进制粒子群算法进行优化计算。算法对多个微电网接入IEEE 33节点配电系统进行仿真分析,结果显示分解协调算法可以有效兼顾主动配电网优化目标及微电网经济调度目标,使整体系统稳定收敛,得到协调的最优解,从而主动配电网能根据调节网络拓扑及对接入的微电网进行调度,降低网络损耗,保证配电网经济、安全、可靠运行。 The active power distribution network can reduce the network loss and ensure the economic, safe and reliable operation of the distribution network according to the regulation network topology and the micro-grid. For the optimization of each part of the system as a whole this paper established a multi micro power grid access to active distribution network system' s decomposition coordination optimization model and proposed coordination parameter and decomposition coordination algorithm, the application of particle swarm optimization algorithm for optimization calculation. The algorithm was validated by simulation, and the results show that the decomposition coordination algorithm can effectively balance the optimization goal of active power distribution network and the target of micro-grid economic dispatch, so that the whole system can be stable and convergent, and the optimal solution can be obtained. This algorithm is effective for the realization of coordinated operation of distribution network and micro-grid.
