摘要
配电网中高渗透率分布式电源以多微电网的形式集群接入,为对多个微电网进行有效管理,达到对分布式电源主动控制的目的,提出了一种基于部分可观测马尔科夫决策过程(DEC-POMDP)的协调优化模型。针对双层优化目标函数,基于拉格朗日-对偶原理对其进行分层处理,为了对双层目标函数彻底解耦,引入拉格朗日乘子;采用了一种基于Bloch球面坐标编码的量子遗传算法,对变量进行编码以提高优化算法寻优性能。最后,通过算例计算分析验证了所提方法的正确性与有效性。
With the increasing of distributed generation penetration in distribution system, multiple micro-grids may coexist in a regional distribution system and the coordinated control and energy mutual transmission between each micro-grid began to cause widespread concern. This paper proposed a muhi micro-grids power optimal method. The optimal control problem of micro-grids is modeled as a decentralized partially-observable Markov decision process (DEC-POMDP), and a coordinated dynamic programming algorithm is used to solve the problem by introducing a look-head dual muhiplier mechanism as decentralized control signals from centralized information. Finally, the simulation example of multimicro-grids verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
