零电流转换在三相电压型PWM微电网变流器中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为降低开关损耗,提高并网效率,提出将零电流软开关技术应用到并网变流器的控制策略中。在控制系统中设计辅助回路,利用其产生的谐振达到开关器件的零电流开断条件,有效降低了并网变流器功率损耗,同时不影响主电路的控制。最后,对所设计的500 kVA变流器进行了开关器件开断损耗的对比试验。试验结果表明,提出的技术基本可以使大功率分布式发电并网变流器实现零电流开断,验证了所提技术对降低开关器件损耗有积极作用。 The zero currenut soft switch technology was applied to the grid converter' s control strategy to reduce switching loss and improve the efficienty of interconnection. The auxiliary circuit was designed in the control system, which is used to produce resonance for the zero current open condition of switching device and effectively reduce the power loss of grid converter. Meanwhile, the designed auxiliary circuit will not affect the control of the main circuit. Based on the designed 500 kVA converter, this paper carried out the contrast experiment of open circuit loss. The results show that the proposed ZCT technology can make the high power grid-connected converter realize the zero current cut-off,which verifies the positive role of the technology for the switching device loss factors.
