连城县旅游业发展现状及对财税的贡献分析

Current situation of tourism development in Liancheng county and its contribution to finance and taxation

连城县拥有丰富的旅游资源,近年来旅游业发展迅速,旅游业规模不断扩大,旅游收入占GDP比重不断上升,已发展成为连城县新兴的战略性支柱产业。但旅游业相关税收占地方财政税收的比重偏低、总量偏小,与财政资金的大量投入不成正比,产业发展的拉动效应还不明显。针对此现状,提出了加强城市基础设施建设、提升旅游文化内涵,实施品牌带动战略、打造精品景区,发展"旅游+地域特色"产业,强化税收征管力度和加大财税政策扶持力度的对策和建议。

With an increasing tourism scale and rising tourism income in the share of GDP, the tourism industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and has developed into a strategic pillar industry in Liancheng. But tourism-related taxes occupy small share of local fiscal and tax, and the pull effect of industrial development is not obvious. Aiming at the status quo, the paper puts forward to strengthen the construction of urban infrastructure, enhance the connotation of tourism culture, implement brand strategy, create outstanding scenic spots, developing tourism and regional characteristic industry, strengthen tax collection and management and increase the intensity of the fiscal and taxation policies.
