Employment-oriented cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities for higher vocational students

创新创业能力是就业能力的核心内容,对促进大学生就业具有重要作用。高职院校在培养学生创新创业能力过程中存在理念不清晰、机构不健全、课程体系不完善、师资力量不足、实践平台不坚实和文化氛围不浓厚等问题。高职院校应加强创新创业的教育理念、体制机制、课程体系、师资队伍、实践平台和创新创业文化等方方面面的建设,促进学生充分就业、缓解就业压力、提高就业质量。

As the core content of employment abilities, innovation and entrepreneurship abilities are important to promote the employment of college students. There are many problems during the cultivation of students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship abilities in higher vocational colleges, such as unclear concepts, unsound institutions, imperfect curriculum system, insufficient teaching staff, infirm practice platform and not strong cultural atmosphere. Strengthening the construction of innovation and entrepreneursbip education ideas, institution and mechanism, curriculum system, teaching staff, practice platform and innovation and entrepreneurship culture, can promote students＇ full employment, reduce employment pressure and improve employment quality.
