高校创新创业教育生态系统的构建策略研究

On Construction Strategies of Innovational Entrepreneurial Education Ecosystem

深入开展创新创业教育需要高校构建富有活力的教育生态系统。教育活动、主体和环境是高校创新创业教育生态系统的主要组成部分。通过理论分析和示范高校的经验总结可以得出高校创新创业教育生态系统的构建策略。教育活动的设计和实施方面,实现教育形式和内容的多样化,并重点做好活动间的整合。教育主体培育方面,着力打造多主体协同的格局,尤其是发挥学生社团的作用。教育环境优化方面,加强创新创业学院组织建设,建立健全激励引导制度,内外结合加大资源投入力度。

It is necessary for universities to construct a thriving education ecosystem to improve their innovation and entrepreneurship education. The education activities,the main body and the environment are the key components of the innovational and entrepreneurial education ecosystem. Based on experiences of exemplary colleges identified by Ministry of Education,this paper puts forward some strategies of building an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. At first,educational activities should be diversified and integrated with each other. Secondly,it is important to produce a synergy effect among the heterogeneous bodies,especially among those who play a role of students association. At last,it is necessary for schools to strengthen their organizational construction by establishing a sound incentive mechanism,and the resource investment should be increased both internal and external.
