摘要
通过分别向界面聚合过程中引入3-氨基苯磺酸-三乙胺盐(3-ABSA-TEA)及2,4-二氨基苯磺酸-三乙胺盐(2,4-DBSA-TEA)添加剂调节膜功能层结构,制备高通量海水淡化反渗透膜。研究了加入氨基苯磺酸盐添加剂对膜特性的影响。结果表明,水相中投入质量分数3.1%的3-ABSA-TEA或2,4-DBSA-TEA时,膜水通量分别提升17.4%和23.6%,且不降低膜脱盐率。2种添加剂均能使改性膜表面更加平整均匀;且低p H条件具有更高的表面电势,在测试区间内表现出更大的电位变化速率。2种以添加剂改性的膜均对牛血清白蛋白表现出优良的耐污染性能。
High flux desalination reverse osmosis(SWRO) membranes were prepared by introducing 3-aminobenzene sulfonic acid-triethylamine(3-ABSATEA) and 2,4-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid-triethylamine(2,4-DBSA-TEA) to adjust membrane functional layer structure in interfacial polymerization process. The effect of aminobenzene sulfonate additive on membrane characteristics was investigated. The results showed that, when themass fraction of 3-ABSA-TEA and 2,4-DBSA-TEA was 3.1%, the water flux could be increased 23.6% and 17.4%, respectively, and the salt rejection could not be decreased. Both two additives could make the modified membrane surface smooth and even. It had higher surface potential with low p H condition, and higher potential change rate could be showed in test interval. The membrane had excellent antifouling performance for bovine serum albumin which was modified by two additives.
