摘要
为解决汽轮发电机停机时影响低温多效蒸馏海水淡化装置正常生产的难题,将密闭式插板阀用于汽轮机和淡化装置的隔断。对密闭式插板阀进行了改造:插板阀采用外压波纹管,阀门与管道采用焊接连接;阀板与阀座密封采用单橡胶圈密封,并将橡胶圈置于槽内;将大的冠形人孔改为DN600的平板人孔,并在人孔与矩形法兰之间设置内筋板;取消了矩形检查孔及放空孔。2015年应用结果表明,在非海水淡化原因2台汽轮机停机时间总计433 h情况下,2套海水淡化装置作业率分别提高了2.17%、2.77%。
In order to solve the problem of the regular production of low-temperature multi-effect distillation seawater desalination plant when the turbine generator stopped, the closed type gate valve was used for the partitioning of the steam turbine and the desalination device. The closed type gate valve has been reformed, the gate valve was an external pressure bellows, and welded together with the pipe, the valve plate and the valve seat were sealed with single rubber ring which placed in the tank. The crown shaped manhole was changed into a flat hole of DN600, and the inner rib plate was set between the manhole and the rectangular flange, the rectangular check hole and the vent hole were cancelled. In the case of two steam turbines with a total downtime of433 h which was not caused by LT-MED desalination plant, the results of the application in 2015 showed that the operating rates of the two sets of desalination units increased by 2.17% and 2.77% respectively.
