摘要
将本实验室筛选出的一株对铅具有特殊吸附效果的菌株同化学絮凝剂组合复配,应用于低浓度含铅矿山废水的处理。分别研究了p H、复合絮凝剂用量、搅拌时间、温度和沉淀时间对铅离子吸附量的影响。提出了对于铅含量为5 mg/L的实际矿山废水,综合最佳处理条件为:常温、不调节原水p H、复合絮凝剂投加量为20 mg/L,快速和慢速搅拌时间分别为1 min和5 min,沉淀时间为20 min;处理后的出水铅离子质量浓度为0.781 mg/L,达到了GB25466-2010中规定的排放标准(≤1.0 mg/L),除铅率达到了84.38%。
A strain with a special adsorption effect on lead was combined with chemical flocculants to treat the mine wastewater containing lead of low concentration. The effect of p H, composite flocculant dosage, stirring time, temperature and settling time on lead adsorption were studied. When at room temperature, p H was the original of mine wastewater, composite flocculant dosage was 20 mg/L, fast and slow stirring time were 1 min and 5 min, settling time was 20 min, the treatment condition reached optimal for practical mine wastewater containing lead with 5 mg/L concentration. The concentration of lead ions in effluent was 0.781 mg/L after treatment, which reached the discharge standard of pollutants for lead and zinc industry(GB 25466-2010)specified in the discharge standard(≤1.0 mg/L), and the lead removal rate reached 84.38%.
