摘要
针对涠洲油田群污水排放量已超出国家允许的外排指标(最大允许排放量为7 500 m3/d),迫切需要将含油污水回注地层,结合涠洲油田地层渗透率低的情况,借鉴陆地油田A2级标准注水工艺技术,制定了合理的陶瓷膜超滤技术注水设计方案。根据平台实验过程和测试结果,陶瓷膜过滤器运行稳定,产水水质不随上游来水水质波动而变化,达到A2级标准(油、悬浮物的质量浓度分别≤6、≤2 mg/L,中值粒径≤1.5μm),满足低渗油田回注需求,实现零污染排放。作为海油平台的首例A2级注水处理工艺,可为其它海上平台的污水回注设计提供借鉴。
The wastewater discharge amount of Weizhou oil fields exceeded the allowed discharge amount of 7 500 m3/d, there was an urgent need to reinject the wastewater into formations. Combined with low formation permeability of Weizhou oil fields, a project of reasonable ceramic membrane ultrafiltration technology for reinjection was designed by reference to wastewater reinjection technology of A2 class standard in domestic onshore oil field. According to the experimental process and test results, the ceramic membrane filter operated stable and product water quality could not influenced by the upstream wastewater quality which reached the A2 class standard(the mass concentration of oil and suspended solids was less than 6 and 2 mg/L respectively,median size was less than 1.5 μm), and met the wastewater reinjection requirements of the low permeability and achieved zero pollution emission. As the first case of A2 class reinjection treatment technology for offshore platform, which could server as reference for other offshore platforms.
