摘要
采用絮凝沉淀-上流式厌氧污泥床反应器(UASB)-预曝气-接触氧化组合工艺对中药废水进行处理,处理规模为200 m^3/d,总投资为137.92万元,运行费用为3.62元/(m^3·d)。运行结果表明,该工艺处理后COD、BOD_5、SS、NH_3-N分别为95.72%、95.76%、86.5%、80%,出水各项指标满足园区污水处理厂接管要求。
Flocculent precipitate-Upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)-Preaeration-Biological contact oxidation(BCO) process was used to treat traditional Chinese medicine wastewater. Its treatment capacity was 200 m^3/d, the total investment was 1 379 200 yuan, and the running cost was 3.62yuan/(m^3·d). The result showed that, the removal rate of COD, BOD_5, SS and NH_3-N could reach 95.72%, 95.76%, 86.5% and 80%, respectively. The indicators of effluent met the require of sewage treatment plant in the industrial park.
