中学课堂教学公平性问题——基于苏州市几所初中问卷调查的统计分析

摘要 教育公平、教育均衡是素质教育和教育现代化基本价值的体现,更是社会公平价值在教育领域的诉求。教育公平问题一直都是教育研究中的一个热点议题,其中过程平等主要表现为课堂教学公平,而现如今由于中学教育受教育质量、中考升学率等驱动,课堂教学尤其是毕业班的课堂教学存在着严重的不公平现象,对此进行调查和研究,能够推进素质教学的发展,真正实现以生为本的教育。 Educational equity and educational balance are the manifestations of quality education and the basic value of educational modernization. It is also the demand of social fair value in the field of education. The problem of educational fairness has always been a hot topic in educational research, in which process equality is mainly manifested as classroom teaching fairness. Nowadays, because of the quality of education in middle school education, the rate of enrollment and so on, there are serious inequities in classroom teach- ing, especially the graduating class of the classroom. Therefore, the paper carries out investigation and research so as to promote the de- velopment of quality teaching and truly realize the student - oriented education.
