摘要
用Na_2CO_3作为助溶剂、Na_2O_2作为消解剂,采用微波焙烧法和马弗炉焙烧法消解处理废钒钨钛脱硝催化剂。通过XRF、BET、XRD和NH_3-TPD技术对两种消解方法制得的钛钨粉样品进行了表征。表征结果显示,与马弗炉焙烧法相比,微波焙烧法得到的钛钨粉纯度更高,TiO_2与WO_3含量之和大于96.7%(w),且该钛钨粉还具有更高的比表面积和酸性,可以作为钒钨钛脱硝催化剂的生产原料再利用。
Using Na2CO3 as cosolvent and Na2O2 as digestion solvent, the spent SCR catalyst containing vanadium, tungsten and titanium was treated by microwave heating method and muffle heating method respectively. The titaniumtungsten powders prepared by the two methods were characterized by XRF, BET, XRD and NH3-TPD. The characterization results showed that the purity of the titanium-tungsten powders prepared by microwave heating method are higher than that by muffle heating method with over 96.7% (w)of the sum of content of TiO2 and WO3, and the powders has higher specific surface area and stronger acidity. The titanium-tungsten powders prepared by microwave heating method can be used as raw material for SCR catalyst production.
