摘要
成人教育治理强调参与主体的多元化、公共利益的最大化、教育决策的科学化。文章从国际视角探究了成人教育治理的内涵、模式、主体协作,提出通过政府分权和加强治理主体的能力建设来促使成人教育从"共治"达到"善治",为推进我国成人教育管理模式的变革和发展提供参考。
Adult education governance emphasizes the diversification of the main body, the maximization of the public interest, and the scientific decision-making of education. This paper mainly explores the connotation, the model of adult education management and the coordination of actors and activities in adult education from the international perspective. We propose the decentralization and strengthen governance capacity building to promote adult education from "governance" to "good governance", which provides a refer- ence for the reform and development of the management mode of adult education in china.
