农村职业教育社区化的推进与战略重点研究

Research on the Promotion and Strategy of Rural Community Vocational Education

当前农村教育基础薄弱,农民对于教育的渴求正愈发强烈,农村社区职业教育终将走上中国教育改革发展的历史舞台。从当前农村职业教育社区化的建构条件出发,论述了农村职业教育社区化主要面临的四个问题,进而总结出农村职业教育社区化的推进策略。此外,目前中国农村妇女社会地位、社会职能及家庭角色已经转变,通过农村社区职业教育培养一批农村新主妇,已经成为新形势下农村职业教育社区化的战略重点。

At present, the rural education foundation is weak, the farmers＇ desire for education is becoming stronger and stron- ger, and the rural community vocational education will eventually embark on the historical stage of China＇s educational reform and de- velopment. Based on the current condition of the construction of rural community vocational education, the author discusses four prob- lems that rural vocational education is facing, and then summarizes the promotion strategy of rural community vocational education. In addition, the transformation of social status, social function and family role of Chinese rural women, through the rural community voca- tional education training a new group of rural housewives, has become the new situation of rural vocational education community strategy focus.
