成人教育中困难群体占额偏小的原因及对策分析

An Analysis of the Reasons and the Suggestions for the Status that the Weak Population is much Smaller in Adult Education

摘要 成人教育作为普通教育的延伸应当本着全民终身教育的理念促进教育公平、提高全体公民素质,但现今的成人教育对象多为以晋升职位和自身提高为目的而接受教育的群体,而处于社会底层和劣势地位的困难群体却未得到充分重视,这一现象主要由社会关注度较低、成人教育机构的利益导向趋势以及困难成人群体自身受教育意识及能力薄弱等因素导致。对此,唯有国家的支持、成人教育途径以及内容多样化,社会第三方组织的积极参与以及各困难群体自身受教育的意识唤醒方能得以改变。 As an extended way over the general education, adult education should promote educational equality and improve the citizen's quality based on the philosophy of lifelong education among all of the citizens. However, most of the adults who chose to be educated are aimed at post promotion and self-development. Instead, the weak that live hard and are struggling in the inferior situation are taken for granted. The ignorance existing in adult education mainly results from the indifference of the society, the interest-oriented principle held by the managers of adult education, the lack of awareness and ability of the weak themselves. Therefore, only by the national support, the diversity in the method and content of adult education, the positive participation of the third party and the arose awareness to receive education by the weak themselves, can this status be changed.
