单列双向螺旋槽干气密封的性能研究

Research on Performance of Dry Gas Seal with Single-row Bidirectional Spiral Grooves

摘要 采用商业CFD分析软件FLUENT,对一种能实现双向旋转的单列螺旋槽干气密封端面流场进行数值模拟。应用层流模型、SIMPLE算法,计算密封端面的压力分布、开启力、泄漏量,与单向螺旋槽干气密封性能进行对比分析。结果表明该密封具有较好的动压效应和较小的泄漏量,并克服了普通螺旋槽只能单向旋转的缺点,对该类螺旋槽干气密封的进一步优化设计有一定的指导意义。 A numerical simulation analysis on the sealing face flow of patented dry gas seal with single-row spiral grooves was done. According to the CFD software FLUENT, the pressure distribution between sealing face and the opening force and the leakage of the seal was gained by means of laminar model and SIMPLE algorithm. the working sealing gap and working leakage of the seal under a special condition were calculated, compared with spiral groove dry gas seal, the results of calculation indicate that this seal has a good hydrodynamic effect and a low leakage. It can provide a guideline for the research and development of dry gas seal.
