摘要
北京新机场航站区主要包括航站楼及综合换乘中心、综合服务中心三个建筑单元。综合服务中心由停车楼、酒店、办公楼组成,其中酒店采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系及屈曲约束支撑。由于结构存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、构件间断及局部不规则等超限项,为保证结构安全,对其进行小震承载力验算,并对关键构件进行性能化设计。为掌握屈曲约束支撑在大震作用下的耗能机制,运用ABAQUS软件进行动力弹塑性分析。结果表明:在8度三向大震作用下,所有屈曲约束支撑均屈服,且大部分滞回曲线的形状较饱满,发挥了良好的耗能作用。在大震作用下,酒店结构的弹塑性反应和破坏机制符合结构抗震概念设计要求,也满足规范"大震不倒"的抗震性能目标。
Beijing New Airport terminal area mainly includes three building units of terminal building,integrated transfer center and integrated service center. The integrated service center is composed of parking buildings,hotels and office buildings. The hotel adopts the reinforced concrete frame structural system and the buckling restrained braces. There are out-of-code items including torsional irregularities,discontinuous floors,component discontinuities and local irregularities overrun. In order to ensure the safety of the structure,the checking of bearing capacity under frequent earthquake was conducted and the performance-based design was conducted on key components. In order to study the energy dissipation mechanism of buckling restrained braces under rare earthquake,the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis was carried out by using ABAQUS. The results show that all the buckling restrained braces yield under the action of three-directional rare earthquakes of 8 degree of seismic intensity,and the shape of most hysteretic curves are full,which plays a good role in energy dissipation. Under the action of rare earthquake,the elastic-plastic response and failure mechanism of the hotel structure meet the requirements of structural seismic concept design,and also meet the seismic performance target of "not collapsing under rare earthquake"required by the code.
