摘要
文章通过对辽宁省生物质废弃物沼气发酵技术应用与发展现状进行调查,研究发现如何在低温条件下实现厌氧消化处理生物质废弃物高效转化是辽宁农村沼气推广应用亟待解决的关键问题和技术瓶颈。笔者针对低温发酵问题进行阐述与分析,提出关于实现寒冷地区生物质沼气发酵装置稳定运行研究的新思路,在两相厌氧发酵工艺基础上引用太阳能技术、交变磁场技术、电气石陶粒载体技术,构建新型的太阳能光伏交变附载式两相厌氧发酵CSTR-IC系统,确保沼气工艺高效运行稳定,并对今后的研究发展进行探讨与分析。
Through the investigation on present situation of anaerobic techniques and applications in Liaoning province,it was showed that high efficient conversion of biomass waste under low temperature was a key problem. The low temperature techniques were elaborated and analyzed in this paper and some new ideals for realizing stable operation proposed for biogas devices in cold regions.Based on the two-phase fermentation,bringing in the techniques of solar energy,alternating magnetic field and tourmaline ceramic carrier,a new two-phase anaerobic fermentation CSTR-IC system was proposed.
