摘要
本文利用聚结滤芯过滤性能的检测装置,通过滤材层数的梯度增加,研究了不同润湿性聚结滤芯内部液体分布特性,分析了滤材层数、滤材润湿性对饱和度、压降的影响。结果表明:随着滤芯层数的增多,亲油型滤材饱和度呈"凹形"分布的趋势愈加明显,即亲油型滤材第一层饱和度数值相同,中间层饱和度逐渐降低,最后一层饱和度又达到一致水平;而疏油型滤材饱和度曲线重合度很好,无明显变化。随着滤芯层数的增多,亲油型滤材与疏油型滤材的总体压降趋势均没有改变,但亲油型滤材润湿压降呈下降趋势,而疏油型滤材润湿压降没有明显变化趋势。
In this paper, the characteristics of the liquid distribution in different wettability coalescing filters are studied experimentally through the increase of the number of filter layers. The influence of filter layer number and filter wettability on the saturation and pressure drop are analysed. The results show that with the increase of the number of filter layers, the saturation tendency of oleophylic filters becomes "concave" obviously, namely, the saturation of the first layers have the same value and the saturation of interlayers gradually decrease, and the saturation of the last layers reach the same level. The oil saturation curves of oleophobic filters are very good and have no obvious change. With the increase of the number of filter layers, the overall pressure drop trend of oleophylic filters and oleophobic filters media did not change, but the wetting pressure drop of oleophylic filters showed a decreasing trend through the increase of the number of filer layers, but it did not change significantly in oleophobic filters.
