摘要
目的研究二年残孔菌Abortiporus biennis(Bull.)Singer子实体的化学成分。方法二年残孔菌子实体甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、RP-18柱进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离出6个化合物,分别鉴定为(22E,24R)-麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(1)、(22E,24R)-5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(2)、啤酒甾醇(3)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(4)、1,3-油酸-2-亚油酸革油酯(5)、脑苷脂B(6)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该真菌中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from the fruiting bodies of Abortiporus biennis (Bull.)Singer.METHODS The ethyl acetate fraction of methanol extract from A.biennis fruiting bodies was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and RP-18 column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by spectral data.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and identified as (22 E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol (1),(22 E,24R)-5α,8α-epoxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (2),cerevisterol (3),(22 E,24R)-ergosta-4,6,8 (14),22-tetraen-3-one (4),1,3-dioleoyl-2-linoleoylglycerol (5),cereboside B (6).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this fungus for the first time.
