摘要
近年来,由于渤海油田部分地层原始压力系数被打破,致使很多井完井液密度需提高到1.20g/cm^3(甚至高达1.35g/cm^3)方可满足作业需要。经过市场和技术调研,密度1.35g/cm^3、抗低温零下25,℃的完井液可以满足渤海海域99%,作业。面对渤海湾完、修井液"密度高、费用高"以及抗低温能力有限的难题,通过室内综合评价,自主研发出低成本、高密度、抗低温、无固相加重剂PF-W130,其最高密度达1.35g/cm^3;抗低温-25,℃以下,且配伍性好。
In recent years, the original pressure of the formation coefficient in the Bohai oilfield has been broken, which requires a lot of wells to increase the completion fluids density to 1.20 g/cm3 (even up to 1.35 g/cm3) to meet the operational needs. Through market and technical research, completion fluids of anti-low temperature (-25 ℃)and with density of 1.35 g/cm3 can meet up to 99% operations in Bohai Sea. In the face of the completion and workover fluids featuring "high density, high cost" and limited resistance to low temperature in the Bohai Bay, a low-cost, high-density and anti-low temperature solid-free weighting agent PF-W130 was developed through independent research by indoor comprehensive evaluation. Its highest density is 1.35 g/cm3; anti-low temperature is below -25℃ and its compatibility is good.
