摘要
Searay 300电缆作为海底地震采集中的重要设备,影响着采集作业规模和效率。电缆高达85%,的故障是由辫子线漏电引起。由于国产化进程中,辫子线的制作工艺和精度达不到国外水平,造成的水密性缺陷。新型辫子线是减少辫子线与检波器接头的中间环节,完全避免接头连接的运用。采用辫子线与检波器接头一体化,中间硫化注塑,避免了辫子线接头安装变形、腐蚀、水密性等问题。
SeaRay 300 cable as the important equipment in seabed seismic acquisition will affect the size and efficiency of acquisition operations. Up to 85% cable faults are caused by the leakage of pigtails. Due to the localization process, the production process and accuracy of pigtails cannot reach the level of foreign countries, resulting in water tightness de- fects. The new pigtail can reduce the connect points between pigtail and detector joint points to completely avoid the joint connection. The integration of pigtail and detector joint point was realized. The technique of vulcanizing injection can avoid a series of problems caused by the installation of pigtail such as deformation, corrosion and water tightness.
