基于语义知识库的新媒体“内容+”按需生成方法研究

摘要 以"互联网+新媒体",提出"内容+"的理念,推动新媒体与信息技术高度融合,构建了基于大规模语义知识库的新媒体"内容+"生成系统,从语义标注增强、语义检索、融合3个维度构建数字化新媒体,为新媒体网页的标注提供了较为完整的解决方案,提高了网页检索的准确性。在此基础上,提出了新媒体"内容+"按需生成方法,从而推动互联网与新媒体融合的新契机,以"内容+"实现互联网业与文广产业的融合,并在融合中寻求价值提升、实现跨越式发展的路径。 The concept of "content +" was presented based on "Internet + New Media" to promote the integration of new media with information technology and establish a large-sale new media content on the basis of semantic knowledge + gen- eration system. A digital new media was built from three dimensions, including semantic annotation enhancement, semantic retrieval and integration, while provides a more complete solution to improve the accuracy of web search for new media page annotation. The paper provides a more complete solution to improve the accuracy of web search. On this basis, it puts forward the new media "content +" on-demand generation method, so as to promote the integration of the Internet and new media as well as a new opportunity to "content +" to achieve the integration of the internet industry and the media industry, and in the integration, it seeks to enhance the value and to achieve the leapfrog development.
