企业家精神视域下煤炭企业社会责任研究

Research on Social Responsibility of Coal Enterprises from the Perspective of Entrepreneurs' Spirit

"创新精神"是企业家精神的核心要素和灵魂,"责任精神"进一步充实和完善了企业家精神的内蕴,同时也为企业家精神引领下的企业践行社会责任提出了理论上的要求。企业家精神对推进煤炭企业系统化、制度化、规范化、自律的履行社会责任具有正面的促进作用,在企业家精神引领下,煤炭企业应满足内部、外部相关者利益,积极践行社会责任,实现企业经济目标和社会目标的统一。
