丹酚酸B乳剂抗小鼠皮肤光老化的效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价丹酚酸B乳剂抗小鼠皮肤光老化的效果。方法 24只无毛小鼠随机分成4组:正常组(CON)、空白乳剂组(MOD)、丹酚酸B乳剂组(SAB)、阳性乳剂组(OCR),小鼠背部皮肤涂抹相应乳剂后进行紫外线照射,照射剂量为最小红斑量,每天照射1次,9周后处死小鼠,获取给药部位皮肤组织进行检测。结果与CON组小鼠比较,MOD组小鼠真皮层变薄,MDA含量增高,T-SOD,HYP,GSH-Px含量下降(P<0.05),皮肤角质层脱落,纤维排列紊乱,TGF-b1水平降低;与MOD组小鼠比较,SAB组小鼠真皮层增厚(P<0.05),MDA含量降低,T-SOD,HYP,GSH-Px含量升高(P<0.05),角质层无脱落,纤维排列整齐,TGF-b1水平升高(P<0.05),与MOD组小鼠比较,OCR组小鼠真皮层增厚,MDA含量降低,T-SOD,HYP,GSH-Px含量升高(P<0.05),角质层无脱落,纤维排列整齐,TGF-b1水平升高(P<0.05)。结论丹酚酸B乳剂具有抗小鼠皮肤光老化的作用,其效果与阳性乳剂相当。 Objective Appraising the effect of salvianolic acid B emulsion on resisting the photoaging of mice skin.Methods Twenty-four hairless mice randomly were assigned to four groups: control, model and salvianolic acid B and octocrilene.After giving corresponding emulsion,the mice were exposed to UVB with minimal erythema dose once a day for 9 weeks.In the end, all mice were execated and their skin were removed for detecting the indicators.Results Compared with the CON group,not only the thickness of dermal become thinner,but also the results had an increase in MDA content and shown a decline in content of SOD,HYP and GSH-Px in the MOD group.Even the skin cuticle layer fell off,the fiber array was disorder and the level of TGF-b1 decreased(P〈0.05)in MOD group.Compared with MOD group,the result of SAB group mice were down in MDA content and up in content of SOD and GSH-Px and HYP,while the thickness of dermal thicken.On the contrany the skin cuticle layer did not fall off,fiber array was not disorder,the level of TGF-b1 increased(P〈0.05).In the OCR group the result were down in MDA content and up in content of SOD and GSH-Px and HYP,while the dermis is thickened.The skin cuticle layer did not fall off,fiber array was not disorder,the level of TGF-b1 increased(P〈0.05).Conclusion Salvianolic acid B emulsion has the effect on resisting photoaging of mice skin and its effect is the same as it of octocrilene.
