外阴粟丘疹样表现的汗管瘤2例并文献复习

Two Cases of Syringoma with Milium in Vulva and the Review of Literature

例1女,53岁,外阴皮疹10年。皮肤科情况:双侧大阴唇密集分布针尖至绿豆大小肤色或黄白色半球形丘疹,表面有蜡样光泽,多数丘疹顶端有一坚实白色小丘疹,似米粒埋入皮内。例2女,33岁,产后1个月外阴出现丘疹伴瘙痒。皮肤科情况:双侧大阴唇见多个针尖至粟粒大小肤色、淡褐色半球形丘疹,部分丘疹表面有蜡样光泽,少许丘疹表面有白色锥形隆起。根据临床表现结合组织病理检查结果,2例患者均诊断为汗管瘤合并粟丘疹。

A 53-year-old female presented with 10 years history of erythema on the vulva.Skin examination showed conferted,flesh or whitish yellow coloured papules with the size of needle to the mungbean on the labia majora and there are wax luster on its surface.Most papules has a solid white papules on its top,like a grain of rice into the skin.A 33-year-old female presented with a month history of pruritic papules on the vulva.Skin examination showed multiple,flesh coloured to brownish papules with the size of tip to miliary size on the labia majora and some of them have wax luster and white conical tip on its surface.According to the results of pathology of the 2 cases,we diagnose it as syringoma with milia.
