无轴承永磁轴向气隙电机传感器控制技术

摘要 提出一种无轴承永磁轴向气隙电机的无速度传感器控制技术,该技术无需采用机械编码器或者旋转变压器测量转子的速度和位置,而是直接利用测量得到的定子相电流和参考电压以及给定的定子位置和速度构成龙伯格观测器,进而完成对感应电动势的估算,从而实现无轴承永磁轴向气隙电机的无速度传感器控制。并对该技术进行试验测试,实验结果表明该方法可以分别控制轴向力和转矩,并且在均速和高速范围的稳定状态下,电机具有较好得运行性能。 This paper presents a sensorless speed control technology of a permanent magnet type axial gap self bearing motor, in which the rotor speed and position are estimated by using the state observer consists of the stator phase current and the reference voltage, without using the mechanical encoder or resolver. Then the sensorless speed control of a permanent magnet type axial gap self-bearing motor is implemented. In addition, the performances tests are performed and results confirm that the axial force and rotating torque can be controlled independently and the motor can get the good performance in the steady state at the average and high speed range.
