摘要
本研究运用文献资料法、教学实验法、数理统计等方法,对成都中医药大学乒乓球普修课学生实施运动处方教学模式,实验结果表明:"运动处方"教学模式对学生乒乓球技术的达标成绩、动作熟练度与准确性、专项身体素质均有显著提高,教学实验后增加了学生对乒乓球的兴趣、自我锻炼能力以及对乒乓球课程的满意度。
In this paper, using the method of documentary, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics method for the chengdu university of TCM students in the common course at the table tennis exercise prescription teaching mode,the experimental results show that the exercise prescription teaching model for students score table tennis technical training, proficiency and accuracy of movement, special physical quality were significantly improved.After teaching experiment increased the students interest in table tennis,self-exercise ability as well as to the satisfaction of table tennis course.
