研究生党支部党内生活现状分析与对策思考——以福建医科大学为例

Analysis of the Party Life of the Postgraduate Students' Party Branch and Its Countermeasures——Taking Fujian Medical University as an Example

严格党内生活是新形势下全面从严治党的迫切需要。研究生党支部党内生活存在认识不到位、形式单调、主动性不足、制度机制针对性不强、政治性凸显不够等问题,需要从组织设置、管理机制、指导机制、激励和保障机制等方面采取积极措施,促进研究生党支部党内生活制度化、常态化、人性化。

It is an urgent need to comprehensively strengthen Party discipline under the new situation. After analyzing the following problems in the Party life of the postgraduate students＇ Party branch： incomplete understanding, lack of diversity and initiative, inefficient institutional mechanism and political nature, this paper aims to deal with the situation by optimizing the organization framework and management system and constructing guidance mechanism, incentive and guarantee mechanism so as to promote the standardization, systematization and normalization of the Party life of the postgraduate Students＇ Party branch.
