摘要
针对聚羧酸减水剂在合成过程中析出晶体现象进行分析,通过利用IR-FT对析出晶体,以及与反应物进行表征比较红外谱图,确定析出晶体的结构,并分析影响晶体析出的因素:温度、引发剂用量单体活性匹配,同时对比引发剂用量及种类对产物红外吸收峰影响,分析得出在聚合的过程中可以通过复配引发剂来解决聚合单体活性不匹配问题。
Separating out crystal phenomenon in synthesis of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was analyzed, and the crystal was studied by IR-FT, meanwhile reactants were characterized by FTIR spectra.Ultimately the structure of crystal was determined. The influence factors of separating out crystal phenomenon were discussed, such as temperature, dosage of initiator, matching of monomer activity. The influence of initiator dosage and type on IR absorption peak of products was analyzed. It's pointed out that compounding different initiators can resolve unmatching phenomenon of monomer activity in process of polymerization.
