摘要 激光技术在输油管道泄漏检测方面具有很好的应用前景,而激光检测过程中受多种因素的影响。本文搭建了激光检测油类污染物的实验平台,从激光入射角度以及发射距离两种情况入手,对比分析了含油污染土壤和无油污染土壤中探测器接收的漫反射光的功率值大小,并对其测量结果进行了相对不确定度的计算与分析。研究结果表明:随着激光入射角度增大,探测器接收两类介质的漫反射光的光强均呈现先减小后增大再减小的趋势,且其接收漫射光的光强随激光发射距离增大而减小;对于含油污染土壤,探测器接收漫射光的光强均小于无污染土壤情况;激光入射角度为40°、发射距离为15 cm时,测量结果的相对不确定值为最小,即可信度最高。该研究结果可为进一步研究激光检测油类污染物实验提供一定参考。 The laser technology has a good application prospect in oil pipeline leak detection. The laser detection process is affected by many factors. In this paper, an experimental platform for laser detection of oil pollutants was constructed. Starting from angles of laser incidence and launching distance, the power values of diffuse reflected light received by detectors in oily contaminated soil and uncontaminated soil were compared and analyzed. The relative uncertainty of the measurement results was calculated and analyzed. The results showed that, with the increase of laser incidence angle, the intensity of diffuse reflected light of the two kinds of media showed the trend of decreasing first, then increasing and then decreasing. The intensity of the received diffuse light decreased with increase of the laser emission distance. For oily contaminated soil, the intensity of the diffuse reflected light received by the detector was less than that of the uncontaminated soil. When the angle of incidence of laser was 40° and the transmitting distance was 15 cm, the relative uncertainty of the measurement results was the minimum, and the reliability was the highest. The research results can provide reference for further research on the detection of oil pollutants by laser.
