摘要 针对传统比色法测定效率不高,操作复杂等问题,提出一种基于沸水法+ICP-AES的有效硼测定方法。采用传统的聚乙烯瓶替代传统的石英三角瓶,从而在沸水中直接提取土壤样品中的有效硼,采用ICP-AES方法替代姜黄素比色法,进而测定土壤中有效硼的含量。该方法检出限为0.02μg/g,准确度RE<5%,精密度RSD<6%。与比色法相比,极大提高了检出的准确度和效率。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and complex operation of traditional colorimetric method, a method for determination of available boron based on boiling water +ICP-AES was proposed. Polyethylene bottles were used to replace the traditional quartz flask, and available boron in soil samples was directly extracted from boiling water, ICP-AES method was used to determine available boron content in soil samples instead of the curcumin colorimetric method. The detection limit was 0.02 g/g, RE was less than 5%, RSD was less than 6%.
