摘要
文章主要是介绍"智能制造"的"智能化"、"智能化系统"、智能制造技术和智能制造系统的内涵。世界工业化时代已经走向工业智能化时代(工业4.0,中国称为《中国制造2025》)。PCB要进行智能化制造必须建立智能化基础(如建立数字化、信息化工厂和工业机器人等),同时,在此基础上,建立智能化工厂、智能化生产和智能化物流等才能实现智能化制造。
Industrial 4.0 and Made in China 2025 refer to intelligent manufacturing, which is the main investment and exploration and development of the major countries in the world at present and in the future. At present, the PCB industry is still in the Industrial 2.0 to Industrial 3.0 stage, to realize the intelligent manufacturing, the industry must be in digital PCB （information） based on the following three fields, namely smart fhctories, intelligent production and intelligent logistics.
