中国优秀铁饼运动员苏欣悦铁饼投掷技术的运动生物力学分析

The Biomechanical Analysis of the Discus Throwing Technique of the Excellent Discus Thrower in China

本文运用文献资料、三维摄像解析法研究分析苏欣悦在2012年全国田径大奖赛肇庆站比赛的铁饼投掷动作,并与优秀运动员的平均值进行比价分析,找到技术动作的优点,为以后的技术训练提供理论指导,提高其铁饼投掷的成绩。研究结果表明在右脚着地到左脚着地阶段,苏欣悦的技术特点表现出非常快的特点,投掷臂在旋转过程中不太稳定,造成了一部分速度的损失,超越器械能力不够。

This paper USES literature, 3 d video analytic method analysis Su Xinyue in 2012 grand prix zhaoqing RACES of the country＇s discus throwing action, and with excellent athletes average price comparison analysis, find the advantages of technical action and determine, provide theoretical guidance for the technical training, improve the discus throwing.The results show that in the right leg to the left foot touchdown phase, the technical features of Su Xinyue showed very fast, the characteristics of throwing arm in the rotating process is not so stable, caused the loss of part of speed, beyond the equipment capacity is not enough.
