延安地区中青年教师高血压人群分布特征及其对体质测试结果的影响

Distribution Characteristics of Hypertension and Its Effect on Physical Fitness Test Results of Middle and Young Teachers in Yanan

由于高血压人群逐年呈现年轻化趋势,为了探索高血压对中青年教师的状况影响,本课题基于陕西体育科学研究所的"三秦行"国民体质测试活动,通过血压测量的方式对3 492名延安的中小学教师进行体质健康抽查,然后各个级别血压随机挑选15人,对其体质健康的成绩进行统计分析。结果表明:延安地区中青年教师高血压状况呈现攀升趋势;体重、肺活量指数、台阶指数、纵跳、坐位体前屈、握力、单脚站立、俯卧撑/仰卧起坐单项测试成绩高血压组与正常组发生显著性差异,从而影响了高血压组体质测试的整体成绩。结论:高血压是导致中青年体质测试成绩不理想的重要原因之一;会随着年龄的增加高血压人群的各项评测分数均呈现递减趋势。

Due to hypertension crowd yearly rendering younger trend, to exploration hypertension on young teachers of status effect, this subject based on Shaanxi body section by of ＂three Qin Hang＂ national physique test activities, through blood pressure measurement, and survey questionnaire of way on 3,492 name Yanan of elementary and middle schools teachers for physique health checks, then all level blood pressure random selected 15 people, on its physique health of results for statistics analysis. Results showed that the teachers ＇ high blood pressure condition showed a rising trend in Yanan area; weight, lung capacity index and step index, jumping, sitting, bending, longitudinal grip, standing on one foot, push-up/sit-up test high blood pressure groups significant differences with the group, which affected the overall results of group fitness testing. Conclusion： hypertension is a youth fitness testing one of the most important causes of the unsatisfactory results; increases with increasing age the evaluation scores of the hypertensive population show a decreasing trend.
