太极拳运动缓解气郁体质大学生考期应激状态的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨太极拳练习缓解大学生考期应激状态,为学生备考应激状态的调护提供依据。研究内容与方法:采用SCL-90症状量表、中医体质量表、焦虑量表(TAS)对受试者80人分为实验组与对照组,采用每天太极拳运动30min进行调节,在考试周其间使用,持续5天。并进行判定测试。研究结果与结论:在太极拳锻炼后实验组SCL-90躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑等因子和TAS得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),说明太极拳运动实验组比对照组更能有效的改善参与者的心境状态,明显缓解了气郁体质大学生考期应激状态。 Objective To observe the effect of The regulation of the stress state by Shadow boxing on qi depression student during date of examination. Methods eighty qi depression students, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, were treated with Shadow boxing 30 MIN everyday during date of examination. The intervention effects were evaluated by the SCL-90; Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) ; and CCMQ. Results and Conclusion the score SCL-90; SAS; and CCMQ on observation group were lower than those of the control group (P〈0. 05) .That indicated Shadow boxing therapy is effective on anxiety and depression of stress state and on improving the quality of positive affectivity during date of examination.
